Other than the core project we expect you to use your talent and wisdom for regular Asset/IP creation projects, Presales POCs as well as training activities. In addition, we also expect the individuals to gain more knowledge and skills in areas like CI/CT/CD, K8S, AWS/Azure/OpenStack/GCP, AI/ML, SecOps, etc. with the help of resources made available by AFour practices.
Teams work on wide range of design patterns while building applications from small, focused utilities to distributed enterprise scale applications using Mon Monolithic (MVC) design pattern or Polyglot, micro services design pattern.

Technical skills and competencies
Must Have
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce -
Clinical Sales ,
Case management,
KOL,
Capital Sales and Marketing Sales
- Salesforce certification(s) - at least one or two completed
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Roles, Profiles, and User Management
- Proven experience in developing automation scripts using the TOSCA automation framework
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java for automation script development
- Prior experience in leading a team of 2-3 members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients
Good to have
- Automation experience with Selenium/Java
- Knowledge of API testing
Candidate Profile and Competencies
- Write good scripts to ensure robustness of underling code functionality.
- Execute scripts on multiple environment and share reports.
- Should be able to understand existing code and make necessary changes.
- Working directly with project team and infra team.
- Share analysis and report of recommendation based on the execution results.
- Should be proactive while working on the tasks assigned.
- Learn and apply new performance testing techniques and apply on projects.
- Work Independently and make progress by being resourceful.
- Own the implementation of the scripts and deliver in designated timelines.
- Provide timely status updates and raise flags as needed.
- Good Communication skills to collaborate with internal and external teams.
