Job Description
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing the execution, installation and commissioning of MEP systems for commercial buildings
- Supervise the Mechanical/Electrical and HVAC works execution to ensure adherence to project drawing and specifications.
- Coordinating with Project manager, site engineer and all stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Lead and manage a team of site supervisors, engineers, and other project personnel.
- Adherence to project timelines, quality standards and budget constraints
- Collaboration with various stakeholders including contractors, sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Responsible for problem-solving, monitoring site safety, and maintaining effective communication channels with the project team and clients
- Strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a keen eye for detail are crucial for success in this role
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Should have strong leadership skills to manage and motivate team effectively.
Preferred candidate profile
- 6 + Experience in datacenter project execution/large scale commercial building projects.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, when required; able to work collaboratively, when required.
- Able to work across functional groups and with all levels of employees.
- Willing to travel for work requirements
