- Bangalore, India or Hyberdad, India **3 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE**Candidates must have their own laptops/equipmentJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and certified Lead Anaplan Developer / Architect with 7-10 years of industry experience and a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable Anaplan solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workforce and CAPEX modules , lead multiple end-to-end implementations, and serve as the technical/functional liaison with business stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, architecture , and optimization of Anaplan models across business unitsManage 3-5+ Anaplan implementations as a senior/lead developer or architectOwn technical development , perform unit testing , ensure quality assurance, and conduct code reviewsDrive triaging and resolution of defects and enhancement requestsTranslate complex business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutionsCollaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, functional design , and technical deliveryProvide guidance on Anaplan ALM , model deployment, version control, and production supportMentor junior team members, enforce best practices, and ensure model maintainabilityParticipate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to agile deliveryRequired Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan (7-10 yrs)Expertise in Workforce and CAPEX modulesDeep understanding of Anaplan ALM and deployment practicesProven ability to lead Anaplan model design, optimization, and governanceExposure to Business Intelligence tools and analytical applicationsStrong background in unit testing, defect tracking , and production supportExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsCertifications:Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder - RequiredAnaplan Solution Architect Certification - Preferred
