JOB POSITION
- Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Senior Software Engineer, who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications.
- The incumbent will report to Manager - Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Contribute to the architecture, design, development, deployment, monitoring & Maintenance of application
- Work with Software engineers, developers, & test engineers to deliver high-quality, object-oriented front and backend code.
- Contribute & help leads to the development of agile software engineering process.
- Assist other members of the team in the integration process from front end and backend.
- Provide work estimation and participate in design implementation and code reviews.
- Having analytical & Problem-solving skill to solve complex technical issues
- Hands on experience in ASP.net, Web Api, MVC & Entity framework.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and writing unit test cases.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD pipeline like Jenkins.
- Experienced on Agile framework & Jira tool.
- Good communication skill to interact with Onshore and offshore team.
QUALIFICATION
B. Tech /B.E. /MCA
EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of experience in professional development.
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Fluent with functional, imperative and object- oriented languages
- Knowledge in health care industry will be an additional Add on.
- Hands on experience in ASP.net, Web Api, MVC & Entity framework.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and writing unit test cases.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD pipeline like Jenkins.
- Expert level experience with business and technical applications.
- SQL database and/or multi language strongly preferred.
- Minimum 4 years experience using C# and .NET Core.
- Minimum of 3 years developing web applications using Angular
- Experience coding software according to published standards and design guidelines.
- Experience in healthcare information technology is a plus.
- Experience using Azure DevOps Services including Boards, Pipelines and Repos.
- Experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred.
- Experience in publishing and maintaining code/services in a cloud hosted environment like Azure.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Working knowledge of database architecture and design ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents is required.
- Expert level experience with business and technical applications, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Exposure to MS SQL and can write stored procedures.
- Good Communication skills.
