- Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Marketing Cloud , and a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices. Experience with traditional engineering stacks like Java , JavaScript , or Python is a plus.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and deployment
- Create and maintain documentation related to configurations and development
- Participate in code reviews, system testing, and UAT
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce environments
- Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and enhancements
Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Marketing Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , SOQL , and Process Builder
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture , security, and deployment processes
- Good knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:- Experience in one or more programming languages: Java , JavaScript , Python
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Certifications:- Salesforce Platform Developer I - Required
- Additional certifications in Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , or Marketing Cloud - Preferred
