Dear Candidate,

ReBIT, a 100% owned IT subsidiary of RBI is hiring for SAP HCM. We're planning for a virtual recruitment drive on 17th May '25 (Saturday)

Work Location: Mumbai - BKC

Experience / Qualifications:

• MBA HR graduates with up 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in HR who are interested in transitioning into SAP HCM
• Basic understanding of HR processes like recruitment, payroll, performance management, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with HR teams.

Responsibilities:

• Work on SAP HCM modules under expert guidance.
• Assist in configuration, testing, and support of HR processes in SAP.
• Work closely with HR teams to understand business processes and optimize them using SAP solutions.
• Help with documentation, user training, and system troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on SAP HCM enhancements and best practices

Employment Type: All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of Five years, extendable by mutual consent.
