Job Descritpition and Crieteria for Selection 

Criteria:

         Stability of minimum 18 months in the current/previous role

         Local candidate from the respective city

         Minimum incentive earned: 25,000 (Proof required) in last Job

Key responcibilities : 

You have to work in field to get the business

You have to recruit quality people as advisors 

And have to motivate them to clear their test conducted by  IRDA  

And have to make sales calls with them on their references to get business in order to complete your targets.
