- Essential/ Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning: Develop and manage financial plans and strategies. Tally ERP Oversight: Supervise financial operations and reporting using Tally ERP. GST Compliance: Ensure accurate preparation and filing of GST returns. Budget Management: Create, monitor, and adjust budgets to meet financial goals. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review detailed financial statements and reports. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.Operational DutiesA finance manager oversees financial planning, manages Tally ERP and GST compliance, controls budgets, generates financial reports, and addresses financial risks.
Required Work Experience
- Overall Exp. Of 4 to 9 years of experience.
- Prior work experience in Solar Industry is Preferred
Required Education
- Bachelors degree in commerce
- MBA in Finance is required.
Skills Required
- Proficient in working on ERP.
- Microsoft Office Suit.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
General Competencies Required- Leadership Potential: Demonstration of leadership qualities such as guidance, motivation, and support for team members and learners.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to assess situations objectively, evaluate information, and make informed decisions in training planning and execution.
