Job Description
- Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) in Shell we have a service for this called Customer Identity and Profile management (CIPM) that addresses requirements of the hyper-connected customer
- CIAM is an sub-genre of traditional IAM, which is of vital importance for a seamless digital customer experience
- An effective CIAM system provides more than just access because it enables a relationship between the customer and Shell and facilitates data sharing on which cross-marketing capabilities and business intelligence activities depend
The Role is required to:-
- You have the ability to design and implement reliable, scalable, high performing Web based solutions that meet the service levels associated with mission-critical Identity and Access Management based solutions for consumers
- You have demonstrated the ability to position solutions to the developers, Technical Architects, Enterprise Architects, Cloud Architects, Product Managers, Directors, VP's and CXOs
- You have experience in conducting discovery workshops to derive customer requirements, specifications, and business processes
- You have strong development experience on the server side (Java/
- Net) as well as client side application design (Angular, Node, and other frameworks)
- You have strong knowledge of LDAP, SAML, SSO, RBAC, OIDC, OAuth2 all the 4 main flows
- You understand various protocols REST/SOAP and have lived through XML as well as played with JSON
- You have learnt and have been part of enterprise application design stacks and understand nuances of security and cryptography
- Your experience in developing mobile applications (using React Native/Ionic/Xamarin) and understanding the identity layer integration involving devices is a huge plus
- You communicate very effectively with the technical and non technical audience
- Akamai/PingIdentity or other CIAM Solution experience Produce technical documents and us BizzDesign for Architecture modelling
Requirements
Key Technical / non-technical Skills :
- In depth knowledge of industry standards and protocols widely used by applications for designing authentication and access solution components
- Must include (but not limited to ) deep knowledge of standards such as SAML 2.0, OAUTH, OIDC, SCIM
- Knowledge of how to design and integrate applications with Identity providers using Identity federation standards mentioned above
- Understanding of solution architecture design principles and standards such as TOGAF
- Background in information security architecture will be a big plus
- Deep understanding of threat vectors related to IAM segment
- Understanding of treat modeling a big plus
- Understanding of coding framework and experience with tools such as POSTMAN, devkit tools etc
- will be a big plusDeep understanding of identity and privacy regulations and their impact to the solution architecture
- Awareness about GDPR, CCPA and other privacy related regulations a big plus
- Good communications skills to interface with other support and development teams and provide them with architecture steer when needed
- Industry certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP , CCPA big plus
- Skills and experience required:Thought leader in CIAMProvide expert technical leadership, guidance and oversightDesign, integration and deployment of CIAM products in client environmentsRequirements gathering, analysis and technical design of CIAM solutionIdentify and develop new concepts, tools, systems or processes to improve the enterprise CIAM security postureSupport for System and CIAM related policy development and regulatory complianceDocument and address organization's information security, cybersecurity architecture, and systems security engineering requirements throughout the acquisition life cycle
