Job Description
Lead a team of skilled data analysts and senior data analysts, mentoring them to generate actionable insights and deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions and insights for business challenges.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to ensure data quality, accessibility, and relevance.
- Employ advanced statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Document and present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Cassandra, MongoDB, etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with ML libraries is a plus.
- Exposure to AWS services like Kinesis, EMR, SQS, EKS, ASG is a plus.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Airflow is a plus.
