Exp 7 to 10 yrs
Managing full life -cycle recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation
Establishing trusted partnerships with leaders and hiring teams
Assessing business needs, determine candidate profiles and creating hiring strategies
Using recruiting tools to build effective candidate pipelines
Building and maintaining effective candidate relationships through proactive sourcing and continuous networking
