Job Description:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer with strong skills in React and CSS to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging, user-centric web interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to bring our products to life.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mock-ups into responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React and CSS.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable front-end components.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experience.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues and bugs.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX development for web applications.
• Proficient in React.js and its core principles.
• Strong expertise in CSS3, including preprocessors (SASS/LESS), Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design.
• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Good understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing user interfaces.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience in the energy, utilities, or trading sector.
