Job Description

Description/Comment:

Exp: 6-8 yrs
JD:
Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form
Experience in coaching and mentoring a team(s) or experience in a leadership role with IT/Business Systems delivery programs
Experience with agile delivery
Deep understanding of agile techniques and principles
Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle
At least 3 years' experience in project development
Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
Ability to identify risks/dependencies in technical product delivery, and understand technical issues
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail

1. Primary skills: Agile Coach (It includes Agile Training, Agile safe, Scrum master, Agile coaching etc) 2. Secondary skills: Software Quality Assurance (Optional), Telecom Domain 3. Location: Noida 4. Total years of experience: 6- 8 years 5. Relevant years of experience: 3 - 5 Years 6. Shift timings: Regular 7. Duration of project: 6 months to 1 Year
