SAP S/4HANA Retail Implementation & ConfigurationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather retail business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Retail solutionsConfigure, customize, and implement SAP S/4HANA Retail functionalities such as Master Data (Articles, Sites, Assortments), Pricing, Promotions, Listing, B2B and B2C Sales, Delivery Fulfillment, POS outbound/Inbound, POSDM functions, Advanced ATP, Assortment list, Credit FSCM, Procurement, EDI, Stock transfer processing, consignment Retail processing and ReplenishmentConduct thorough testing and validation of SAP solutions to ensure business alignment and usabilityRetail Master Data & Assortment PlanningManage and configure SAP Retail Master Data (Articles, Site, Merchandise Category, Listing, and Assortments, Assortment list)Ensure proper assortment planning and listing control for effective merchandising and store operationsPricing & Promotions ManagementDefine and maintain pricing structures, markdowns, and promotional strategies using SAP Retail PricingEnsure consistent pricing and discount structures across omni channel platformsPOS IntegrationDesign and optimize Point-of-Sale (POS) integration with SAP S/4HANA for real-time sales data processing and POS Master data Outbound processingUnderstand the POS Data management of transaction processing in PIPEInventory & Replenishment PlanningWork on SAP Retail Inventory Management to optimize stock levels including special stocks, availability, and stock valuationConfigure and support SAP Replenishment processes for efficient stock distribution across retail storesOrder Management And FulfillmentDesign and optimize order management processes within SAP SD, considering telecom retail industry best practicesStreamline order-to-cash processes, including pricing, availability checks, delivery, and invoicingMonitor order status and troubleshoot any issues related to order processing and fulfillmentHave In-depth knowledge of Advanced ATP functions, BRF+ and ODPHave Hand on Experience on the SAP FIORI analytical app sales overview, Sales management and understand the complexityOmni-Channel & E-Commerce IntegrationIntegrate SAP S/4HANA with E-Commerce platforms, SAP Hybris, and digital sales channelsEnsure smooth order fulfillment between stores, warehouses, and digital storefrontsProcurement & Supply Chain IntegrationConfigure Purchase Orders (POs), Stock Transfers (STOs), and Vendor Management processes in SAP MM & SAP RetailCollaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to enhance procurement efficiencyReporting & Analytics (SAP BI & Fiori Apps)Understand SAP Fiori, Embedded Analytics to provide insights into sales trends, stock movements, and profitabilityAnalyze data to identify operational inefficiencies and process improvementsUser Training & Post-Go-Live SupportConduct training sessions to educate end-users on SAP Retail functionalities and best practicesProvide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP Retail processesEssential Skills / CompetenciesEducation: Bachelor of computer engineeringExperience: Minimum 7+ years of experience as an SAP Retail ConsultantExpertiseMinimum 7+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Retail Consultant, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Retail functionalities and POS integrationMust have been part of at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation, including writing Blueprint documentsStrong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Retail, with expertise in:OMNI Sales processesInventory ManagementSAP FIORIReplenishment PlanningStore OperationsProven experience in SAP Retail and POS integration, ensuring seamless communication between in-store systems and SAP backendAbility to debug SAP programs and possess technical knowledge to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectivelyStrong ABAP skills to analyze the code, and write expert routinesProactively involved in design discussions, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into SAP solutionsStrong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including IT, Business, and Store OperationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions proactivelyJob Classification
