Need Mechanical Design Engineer /Japanese Speaker/Japan location @ RGF Select India

Job Description

Dear Candidates ,

Key Responsibilities

Initial Training in India: 1 to 6 months including technical training

Assignment in Japan: 23 years (including possible secondment to Japanese OEMs)

Return to India: After Japan assignment, work as a Global Design Engineer managing projects for Thailand, India, and Japan

Working Location :- Initial assignment in India (16 months), followed by Japan (23 years), then return to India

Benefits During Japan Assignment :-

Housing Allowance: Employee contributes only JPY 25,00030,000/month; remainder covered by KIKUWA

Utility Allowance: Employee pays JPY 10,00015,000/month; excess covered by KIKUWA

Japanese Language Training: One lesson per week provided

Annual Return Ticket: One round-trip flight to India per year at companys expense

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or related field

Experience: Minimum 3 years in mold/die design or product design

Skills:

3D CAD: CATIA, NX, or CREO

2D CAD: AUTO CAD or equivalent

Ability to read and understand drawings based on JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards)

Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Language Requirements:

TOEIC score 600+ or JLPT N3 and above

Preferred: Experience in die-casting is a plus
