Coordinating with doctors and medical staff to ensure quality healthcare services are being provided. Managing healthcare operations, including budgeting, staffing, and patient care. Monitoring and improving patient satisfaction levels. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve healthcare services. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Collaborating with insurance providers to ensure smooth patient billing and insurance claims. Providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. Managing patient records and ensuring their confidentiality.
