We re on the lookout for a creative, detail-obsessed Email Communications Specialist to take our internal and external messaging to the next level. From customer engagement to candidate outreach and employee communication, you ll be the voice that connects, converts, and keeps it all on-brand.

• Email campaigns that get opened, read, and acted upon
• Candidate communications that make top talent say, Where do I sign
• Internal messages that inform, engage, and make our team feel like rockstars
• Clear, compelling copy aligned with content strategies and business goals
• CTAs so good they ll click before they even finish reading
• Brand messaging that s instantly recognizable and totally you
• Email content synced with sales, marketing, and business initiatives
• Reports and insights based on email performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, A/B tests you know the drill)
• Organized, clean, and compliant contact lists through CRM/email platforms

• Have 2-4 years of experience crafting content for email, ideally in fast-paced, product-focused environments
• Are fluent in CRM/email tools (think HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.)
• Know how to adjust your tone like a chameleon professional when needed, playful when allowed
• Write emails that people actually want to read
• Understand what makes people tick and how to turn that into conversions
• Love working with data to fine-tune your strategy
• Can juggle cross-team collaboration like a pro working with sales, HR, marketing, and leadership
• Believe that less is more and that short, smart messaging often wins the day
