Job profile:- Sourcing Specialist

Eligibility Criteria:-

1 to 3 years of sourcing recruitment experience into Non-IT only.
Mandatory recruitment experience in BPO companies only.
Excellent communication.
Must have experience in job portals like linkedin,indeed naukri,monster etc.
Should have experience Volume hiring/bulk hiring/mass hiring.
Must have end to end recruitment experience.
Candidate needs to have proper experience in customer service(voice/non voice),finance & accounts.
Flexible to work on weekends(Saturday) if needed.
Flexible to extend to meet daily targets.
Basic Excel skills.
Candidates should have all Mark sheets until graduation.
Must have documents such as aadhar card,pancard,offer letter/experience letter and last 3 months payslips.

NEED IMMEDIATE JOINER/SERVING NOTICE PERIOD OF 15 DAYS OR LESS

Shift : Day shift
Salary : upto 30K ctc per month+pf+esic+free pick and drop facility available within 30 kms from work location
5 days working (Sat and Sun fixed off)
