• Creating intuitive, engaging UIs for web and mobile apps interfaces even your non-techy uncle could navigate
• Upholding and evolving our visual brand identity across digital touchpoints
• Conducting usability testing to ensure your designs actually work for real users
• Staying up-to-date on design trends (and knowing which ones to ignore)

• 2-4 years of professional UI design experience, preferably at a product or tech-focused company
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to blend form and function beautifully
• Mastery of industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• An eye for the small things that make a big impact
• Strong communication skills you can turn abstract ideas into pixel-perfect realities
