Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React.js for the frontend and proficiency in backend technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React.js and backend technologies (Node.js/Express, Python/Django, etc.).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement and improve user interfaces.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure application security and data protection.
• Work with DevOps to deploy and monitor applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, MobX, etc.).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend build pipelines (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Proficient in backend development using Node.js/Express (or Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
