Job Description
Skills: Manual Testing
Qualification: B.E Electronics/ETC/Computer
Location: Pune
Experience: 4 6 Years
Roles Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform thorough manual testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure software quality.
- Apply test case design techniques such as boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, etc.
- Execute and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete test coverage.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.
- Support performance testing efforts and analyze results for performance bottlenecks.
- Utilize test case management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr for documentation and reporting.
- Participate in test planning, estimations, and reporting.
- Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and provide detailed bug reports.
- Continuously improve testing strategies and processes.
- Experienced in implementing secure development methodologies, ensuring robust protection of sensitive data and systems integrity.
Essential Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Web and Mobile App Testing across multiple platforms (iOS/Android).
- Strong knowledge of SDLC , test planning, and testing methodologies.
- Experience with API Testing and tools like Postman or similar.
- Exposure to Performance Testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
- Experience in Cloud Application Testing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) .
- Proficiency in Test Case Design Techniques .
- Experience with Test Case Management Tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills .
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Soft Skills:
- Basic knowledge of automation testing is a plus.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
