Role: Senior SAP FICO Consultant FSCM & BCM Specialist
Work Location: - Ras Al Khaimah - UAE
Mode of hiring: - 6 to 12 Months Extendable Contract
Job Description
SAP FICO consultant with 810 years of experience in SAP Finance, Funds Management, FSCM, and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
Successfully completed 3+ end-to-end SAP implementations in FICO, BCM, and Funds Management, covering the full project lifecycle.
Strong functional expertise in New General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Funds Management.
Hands-on experience in Bank Communication Management (BCM), including configuration of payment workflows, approval strategies, and integration with banking systems.
Exposure to SAP FSCM components, including Dispute Management and Credit Management.
Skilled in SAP RE-FX implementation, with working knowledge of IFRS 16 and IFRS 9 compliance for lease and financial reporting.
Extensive experience in RICEFW development Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
Strong integration knowledge with third-party applications such as Salesforce, Gartner, and banking platforms, as well as within SAP (FI-MM, FI-SD, REFX-FI).
Proven ability to work independently across various project types Implementation, Support, Rollout, Upgrade, and Migration.
Capable of analyzing As-Is and To-Be business processes, identifying gaps, and aligning SAP solutions with industry best practices.
Experience in government, public sector, and utility industries is an added advantage.
Exposure to projects in the Middle East is preferred.
Known for strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
SAP certification is preferred
