Job Description

• MSC Software is looking for Senior Technical Specialist, Research & Development to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop technical solutions that align with the company's objectives
• Provide technical expertise and support to the organization's products, services, and processes
• Perform system analysis, design, and programming activities to support project goals
• Implement and maintain technical solutions and systems to ensure optimum performance
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements
• Develop technical documentation and user manuals to support system implementation and maintenance
• Conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation of technical issues
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards related to technical solutions and systems
• Strong technical skills and experience in system analysis, design, programming, and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
