Job Description
Experience: 6 9 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
- Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide analytical solutions.
- Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Implement best practices for dashboard design, user experience, and data visualization.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to promote data literacy across teams.
- Monitor dashboard performance and optimize for efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and availability in collaboration with data engineering teams.
- Stay updated on new Tableau features and incorporate them into solutions.
- Participate in project planning and execution to align with business objectives.
- Document processes, standards, and best practices for the analytics team.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in data visualization using Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with data preparation and ETL processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to present data in a clear, concise manner for business users.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder communication.
- Tableau dashboard development and performance optimization.
- Oracle SQL proficiency.
- Data modeling and ETL tools experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Agile project management familiarity.
