Map and document current-state processes, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and lead transformation initiatives to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding content support, marketing, and category teamsto ensure seamless execution and alignment on best practices.
Implement quality control mechanisms to ensure adherence to guidelines, brand standards, and operational benchmarks across different platforms.
Introduce tools, templates, and dashboards to enhance visibility, track KPIs, and support decision-making for YouTube channel growth and optimization.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by conducting periodic process reviews, soliciting feedback, and benchmarking against industry best practices.
Lead change management efforts to onboard teams to new systems and processes, ensuring high adoption and minimal disruption.
Establish productivity metrics for all channel managers, ensuring clear performance indicators that align with overall business objectives.
Track and report on the productivity of channel managers, providing actionable insights to drive efficiency, improvement, and scalability.
Collaborate with channel managers to establish measurable goals and ensure consistency in the execution of YouTube channel operations
Preferred candidate profile
5+ years in process excellence, operations, digital content management, or transformation roles; experience with YouTube or digital video platforms strongly preferred.
Proven experience in process design, SOP development, and change management.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)
Good working expertise of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to align diverse stakeholders and drive cross-team collaboration.
Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement certification is a plus.
