Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
• Train and mentor students or professionals on coding guidelines, insurance claims, reimbursement processes, and industry best practices.
• Prepare customized training material and update it regularly based on latest coding changes and regulations.
• Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
• Provide post-training support and guidance for certification exams (CPC, CCS, etc.).
• Maintain training records and generate reports on trainee performance.
• Stay up to date with changes in medical coding guidelines and compliance regulations.
