Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• 5 years + of experience in managing Payroll & Statutory Compliance in Company
• Pullout the attendance data from software
• Validate & compile the data
• Update the new/exit employees information in payroll application
• Process the payroll in application, cross check in exported excel sheets
• Preparation of Bank transfer sheets
• Preparation of Full & Final documents
• Comply with the statutory requirements (EPF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, etc.), file the return on time
• Reconciliation of payroll & update the tracker
• Handle client HR audit
• Off-roll payroll (in excel) & prepare the Invoices for off-roll members
• Manage the payroll team
• Close coordinate with HR & other departments

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)
• Good command on MS excel
• Good Communication skills
• Exposure on Payroll application
• Working knowledge of statutory compliance
• Closure of Payroll as per defined timelines
• 100% work accuracy
