Change Management and 3rd Party PLM Integration is ABAP based cloud application area in SCM Core Manufacturing Foundation area. These applications orchestrate change management of critical objects for smooth production process and also enable integration of 3rd party PLM systems to SAP Cloud ERP.
As a Quality Specialist, you contribute to highest product quality via automation, Manual Testing and adhering to clean desk policy. While Quality Engineering and Testing will be your core task, in this role you will also have responsibilities as below:
Role Responsibilities
- Analyze, define, implement and execute quality and test related activities for the team according to a given quality- and test strategy defined by QPA or central teams
- Define quality measures on team level to ensure Quality Goals and related KPIs are met
- Closely collaborate with developers: set up systems and scenarios to help developers to fix issues in the shortest possible time
- Provide reporting to central program management and Senior management team
- Work on ongoing improvements in test strategy, test approach and tools
- Having a logical approach to problem solving and have the ability to respond to detailed queries
- Actively drive clean code principles like transports, (automated) testing, etc.
- Actively monitor and drive message handling for your team
- Authoring of Test Cases, Writing Automates and Manual Testing
What you bring
Role Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related majors
- Experience in QA processes and tools, test management systems, designing and running tests on web applications or backend systems and analyzing bug trends.
- Strong quality and customer focus, self-motivation and drive for execution
- Understanding / experience of SAP s quality standards and processes and its execution
- Knowledge and experience in test automation tools like SUPA, START is an advantage
- Knowledge in PLM, SAP Cloud ERP is desired
