Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns and issues.
Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' problems, and offering solutions.
Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
