  • Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' problems, and offering solutions.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.

  • Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
