Job Summary

The Infra. Technology Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure technology solutions. With a focus on Bitbucket ARM Bicep Terraform PowerShell Infra CI CD Pipelines and Azure DevOps the specialist will ensure seamless integration and deployment processes. This hybrid role requires adaptability to rotational shifts providing support and innovation in infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like ARM Bicep and Terraform to ensure efficient and scalable deployments.

Implement and manage CI CD pipelines to automate deployment processes enhancing productivity and reducing manual errors.

Utilize Bitbucket for version control and collaboration ensuring code integrity and streamlined development workflows.

Leverage PowerShell scripting to automate routine tasks improving operational efficiency and reducing time spent on manual processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and enhance system performance.

Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of problems.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating new solutions to maintain a competitive edge in infrastructure management.

Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices safeguarding company data and infrastructure from potential threats.

Document infrastructure configurations and processes creating a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference and training purposes.

Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support ensuring continuous availability and reliability of infrastructure services.

Collaborate with Azure DevOps teams to streamline development and deployment processes fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring robust and reliable infrastructure supporting business operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in infrastructure management with a focus on Bitbucket ARM Bicep and Terraform.

Demonstrate proficiency in scripting with PowerShell for automation and efficiency.

Have a strong understanding of CI CD pipelines and their implementation in Azure DevOps.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.

Show adaptability to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model ensuring flexibility and commitment.

Display strong collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Maintain a proactive approach to learning and integrating new technologies in infrastructure management.
