Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead project execution for ROB construction from start to handover

Interface with the Principal Contractor and NHAI/client officials

Supervise planning, budgeting, and scheduling using Primavera/MS Project

Oversee site operations, equipment deployment, material management, and workforce productivity

Ensure compliance with MORTH/IRC specifications, safety norms, and quality standards

Monitor project progress, cost control, and reporting to management

Coordinate defect liability period post-construction
