Overview

We have an exciting role of Executive Assistant (Specialist). This role will be responsible for day-to-day deliverables contact with strategy partners within integrated Omnicom agencies. The resource is expected to understand strategic requests, create timelines and project manage deliverables. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also need to provide some administrative support to the business leader.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is always willing to lend a hand. They are resourceful, organized and love a sense of accomplishment. Friendly and enjoy working with a diverse group of people. A team player with exceptional communication skills who continually strives to build strong relationships. Is highly pro-active with the ability to multi-task and resolve conflicts quickly. Thrives in a fast-paced working environment.

Shift Timing : 2PM-11PM

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Mode: Hybrid (3 days working from office in a week)

Skillset Required:

  • Calendar management
  • Development, design and compilation of PowerPoint meeting presentation
  • Travel management
  • Expense & timsheet management
Responsibilities

Client & Agency Service:

  • Schedule and set up meeting(s) and coordinate all aspects including managing correspondence, attendee list and any other associated logistics
  • Assist in development, design and compilation of PowerPoint meeting presentation(s)
  • Assist in development of schedules for strategic deliverables
  • Coordinate meeting materials and materials are distributed within the internal agency and client teams
  • Review and update weekly status trackers and internal reports
  • Organizes and books travel arrangements both domestic and international
  • Completes and submits expense reports & timesheets in a timely manner
  • Plus: Has experience with BCD Travel, Concur and Microsoft Suit
Qualifications

This may be the right role for you if you have

  • 5+ years of advertising agency or related experience
  • Passion for marketing strategy
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal
  • Collaborative with the ability to build positive relationships with agency colleagues, and partner agencies
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
