We are actively looking for Business Solutions Product Manager role to be based in our Thane office.
Below is the job description:
What does a successful "Business Solutions Product Manager" do at Fiserv:
- As a product, technical, and market specialist, the individual is encouraged to provide thought-leadership and excellence in the sales and delivery of solutions in relation to assigned products.
- Involved from conception through end of life for a specific product, product group or product line including product management, product development and business development.
What will you do:
- Assist in tracking and reporting product performance throughout its life cycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.
- Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to bring product to market.
- Assist in driving product development and enhancements including road map and statement of direction development.
- Provide professional consulting service to clients, proactively driving value-based technical solutions and capabilities on sales engagements;
- Influence product development on innovation roadmap strategy.
- Drive revenue growth through linking customer requirements to Fiserv solutions and increasing scope of opportunity by designing differentiated solutions comprised of multiple products.
- Drive channel sales-enablement through differentiated product messaging, solution-based sales training, and value-proposition driven positioning.
What will you need to know:
- 12-15 years of experience in product management, sales, technical support and implementation experience with strong consultative and strategic sales support skill sets.
- Payment processing and merchant acquiring industry experience is highly desired.
- Self-motivated, mature and independent, able to handle multi-tasks and work well under pressure.
