Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO or call center.
  • Excellent communication skills in English language.
  • Proficiency in Hindi speaking is mandatory.
  • Knowledge anyone language of Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Malayalam languages is desirable.
