Job Description
The requirement is of a Sr. BA role. demands stakeholder management internal and external, working on user stories, grooming them, working on pressing deadlines, prioritization of work, highlighting risks, engaging with customer stakeholders. Work closely with internal stakeholders like architects, UX designer, product designer etc.

- Demonstrated understanding of development concepts and technologies, including app development, API integration, and CRM systems Projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Create user stories, process flows, mockups, and wireframes to support development efforts, with strong expertise in visualizing business needs.
- Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate deliverables against requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business units, QA, and development teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Support change management initiatives and provide post-deployment assistance as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a software development environment.
- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
- Ability to craft clear, actionable user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Strongest experience in creating mockups and wireframes to translate business needs into visual formats.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
