Job Description:

We are hiring Process Executives for a Google gTech voice-based process. The selected candidates will be responsible for listening to and auditing pre-recorded calls to identify potential fraud, scams, or policy violations. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on quality control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to and audit pre-recorded calls received from Google.
  
• Evaluate and flag suspicious or fraudulent conversations based on set parameters.
  
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in evaluations.
  
• Follow process guidelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams when necessary for escalations.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA preferred).
  Note: B.Tech candidates are not eligible.
  
• Experience: 0 to 11 months only (Freshers can apply)
  
• Skills Required:
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills (English)
  
• Good logical and analytical thinking
  

Assessment Process:

1. HR Screening
   
2. Written Assessment: Versant English Test Minimum score: 55
   (Only candidates clearing Versant will proceed to next round)
   
3. Operations Interview (L1) via Talright platform
