Skills Required: Excellent Verbal Communication skills + Basic Computer knowledge
Working Days: 6 days
Shifts: 24*7 (rotational shifts)
Job Location: Noida
Salary Offered: 1.6 LPA - 2.76 LPA
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Answering premium customer queries via Voice/Chat.
2) Establish relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service.
