Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We have an urgent requirement for HR Recruiter

Candidates working with staffing/recruitment agencies, manufacturing, logistics sector should only apply

Please note candidateswith blue collar and mass hiring experience will be preferred

Qualification-MBA/PGDM (full time)-Human Resources

Working Days-6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Base Location-Cookes Town, Bangalore

Other loc- Chamrajpet, Kudlu Gate, Rajajinagar

(Candidates should be willing to travel to all the four locations as and when required)

Job Description:

Handle bulk hiring and volume hiring (field staff, ground level staff), semi skilled workers)
Handle end-to-end recruitment through Job Portals, ,Referrals, Consultant sand Internal Company Database, Newspaper.
Scheduling and screening profiles
Offer negotiation with candidates
Planning human resource requirements in consultation with HODs of different functional &operational areas.
Conducting Preliminary interviews, salary negotiation
