Job Title: Domestic Technical Recruiter Bulk Hiring (SAP & Tech Roles)

Radiansys is hiring a seasoned Domestic Technical Recruiter to lead bulk hiring efforts for SAP and IT roles at scale for a top-tier tech client in India. If you have experience in SAP recruitment, using Naukri, FoundIT (Monster India), and Ciepal ATS, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

What Youll Do:

• Drive high-volume hiring for SAP (ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, HCM) and other tech roles
• Run recruitment drives, virtual walk-ins, and bulk onboarding campaigns
• Source candidates via Naukri, FoundIT, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Screen and shortlist candidates, track pipeline using Ciepal ATS
• Collaborate with hiring managers and meet aggressive hiring goals
• Ensure smooth candidate experience from first touch to offer

What You Bring:

• 26 years of experience in domestic tech recruitment
• Strong track record of SAP hiring and bulk recruitment
• Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, FoundIT) and Ciepal ATS
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelors in HR, IT, or a related field
