Role & responsibilities

Digital Transformation

CMS(Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, Magento, Joomla, AEM etc.), E-commerce

Oversee the successful execution of a portfolio worth $40-60 million annually, encompassing 200+ projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

Refresh and evolve the global delivery model to drive agility and efficiency. Lead the restructuring of delivery and support teams to align with strategic business needs.

Implement and manage a comprehensive governance model over a $40M+ book of business primarily in North Americato proactively reduce escalations and enhance stakeholder trust.

Assess, refresh, and elevate our talent base. Develop and lead initiatives to create a high-performing, accountable, and empowered delivery organization.

Own and drive gross margin (GM) performance aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AoP), ensuring operational levers are optimized for profitability.

Champion client engagement strategies that result in superior service delivery, deeper partnerships, and long-term value creation.

Leverage artificial intelligence and automation to streamline the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), driving productivity, predictability, and cost efficiency.

Define and implement a best-in-class resourcing and allocation framework to ensure timely onboarding of top-tier talent, aligned to project and business demands.

Drive Gross Margin to AoP.
