Lead - Experience Testing @ Airtel

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end testing of Global Business circuits for readiness, performance, and compliance with SLAs
• Coordinate with Circle and Testing NOC for circuit turn-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Validate circuit designs and documentation.
• Perform BERT, RFC 2544 and other testing criteria as per standard and customer need.
• Good understanding on testing meters like JDSU, Viavi, EXPO for diagnostics and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal network engineers and external vendors to resolve circuit and link issues.
• Maintain detailed test records and provide technical documentation for circuit acceptance.
• Should have strong understanding of fiber optics.
• Regular interaction with domestic and international customers during testing phase.
• Should have Good communication and presentation skills.
