Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Change Management process globally, ensuring adherence to ITIL standards across all technical towers.
• Review and approve change requests, ensuring proper risk assessment, business impact analysis, and the inclusion of appropriate approvers.
• Verify successful testing of all production changes in test environments, maintaining evidence such as change numbers or test results.
• Drive change approvals with technical teams, CAB, and Executive Committees.
• Handle Emergency and Urgent Change Requests with minimal business impact.
• Perform Failed Change Reviews (FCR), ensuring timely completion of FCR templates, root cause analysis, and tracking of open actions.
• Maintain and update the Forward Schedule of Changes and chase backlog items.
• Conduct fail change analysis and prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly CAB reports.
• Monitor and validate data loading into DWH databases, including ETL processes and data validation from MSC centers.
• Conduct regular backups and restore procedures in accordance with organizational policies.
• Use tools such as BMC Remedy for ticket management and Tivoli for data monitoring.
• Manage incident and problem tickets, ensuring resolution within SLA.
• Support system registration and validation processes and maintain compliance with SOX inventory requirements.
