A. Roles and Responsibilities

• As a Senior React Native Developer, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance mobile applications using the React Native framework.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver robust and scalable mobile solutions.
  
• Drive architectural decisions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers on best practices and standards.
  
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across both Android and iOS platforms.
  
• Take ownership of technical documentation, testing, and deployment processes.
  

B. Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development, with a strong understanding of mobile development life cycles.
  
• Solid expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and the broader JavaScript ecosystem.
  
• Proven experience building and maintaining complex applications in React Native, including native module integration with iOS and Android.
  
• Proficiency in consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
  
• Deep understanding of React Native design patterns, performance optimization techniques, and best practices.
  
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks to ensure code reliability and quality.
  
• Skilled in version control systems like Git, GitHub, or SVN.
  
• Ability to create polished, pixel-perfect UI components and deliver seamless user experiences across platforms.
  
• Familiarity with embedding React Native in native applications and integrating native components within React Native apps.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
