P&D Supervisor (Packing & Dispatch)
Reports to: Executive Chef
No. of Positions: 1
Responsibilities:
- Oversee packing and dispatch operations for all orders.
- Ensure packaging quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Supervise P&D team members and allocate tasks.
- Coordinate with kitchen and delivery partners.
Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in food delivery or QSR operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
P&D Senior Team Member
Reports to: P&D Supervisor
No. of Positions: 1
Responsibilities:
- Supervise junior team members in packaging.
- Perform quality checks before dispatch.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO stock movement.
- Assist in resolving dispatch delays.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in packaging or delivery ops.
- Hands-on, dependable, and efficient.
P&D Junior Team Member
Reports to: P&D Supervisor
No. of Positions: 1
Responsibilities:
- Label, pack, and ready food orders for dispatch.
- Maintain hygiene in the dispatch area.
- Follow SOPs for packing and stacking orders.
- Assist in inventory movement and stock updates.
Requirements:
- Entry-level role. On-the-job training provided.
- Speed, cleanliness, and accuracy are key.
