Job Description:

• Writing manual test scripts with the aid of test tools and test execution
• Should be individual contributor
• Testing salesforce cloud - service, community, marketing, identity against the system requirements and specification requirements
• Working closely with the internal and external design/test teams in identifying problems across the global
• Document identified problems with enough detail and in a manner that supports resolution
• Produce periodic status and operational reports

Requirements/Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-3 years of manual testing experience with a significant focus being on test engineer on software implementation projects
• Experience in having minimum of 2 years of testing in Sales force clouds (Sales / Community / Service / Commerce ) also.

• ExposuretoAgile/TFS/MTM/ JIRA oranytestmanagementtool

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Basic Automation test skills in Selenium.
• Good SQL Skills
• Passion to maintain a high degree of quality
• In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies
• Knowledge in SFDC (Sales Force) SOQL.
