Inside Sales Representative/ Lead Generation
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs, and promoting our products or services to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and
generate sales opportunities.
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or online chat, providing product
information and assisting with purchase decisions.
Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey product features, benefits, and
pricing to potential clients.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and
challenges, and offer tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM
system.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize approaches for target markets and achieve
sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities for growth.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and product
performance to drive continuous improvement.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex
ideas clearly and persuasively.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in data entry and management.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
