Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
  
• Build and integrate Lightning Web Components (LWC) within the Vlocity/OmniStudio framework.
  
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of Vlocity solutions.
  
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments.
  

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio/Vlocity components.
  
• Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  
• Experience with DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, and FlexCards.
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, Apex, and SOQL.
  
• Understanding of JSON, XML, and web service integration.Role & responsibilities
