About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned Oracle Functional Testing Lead with hands-on experience in Oracle module testing and a knack for leading testing teams. If you're well-versed in both manual and automation testing, and familiar with tools like OPKEY, Subject 7, and TOSCA, this is a great opportunity to drive quality assurance for enterprise Oracle applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle functional testing projects and manage QA teams.
  
• Translate business needs into effective test strategies and plans.
  
• Conduct manual and automated testing for Oracle modules (EBS, Fusion, etc.).
  
• Use tools like OPKEY, Subject 7, and TOSCA to automate and streamline testing.
  
• Handle capacity planning and resource management.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and ensure smooth delivery.
  
• Maintain documentation: test cases, scripts, reports, etc.
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Oracle Functional Testing experience (including 1+ year in a lead role).
  
• Strong knowledge of Oracle modules (at least 12 projects hands-on).
  
• Proficient in manual & automation testing methodologies.
  
• Experience with OPKEY, Subject 7, TOSCA.
  
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
