Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Technical

Experience Level: 5-15 yrs

Job Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Pune

Job Type: Hybrid/ Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

1. Should have good experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional modules like Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor.

2. Should be proficient in developing secured Oracle HCM BI and OTBI Reports/Dashboards.

3. Should have good experience in developing HCM Extracts, ETL Jobs and Fast Formulas.

4. Should have good experience in doing data uploads via HDL/HSDL templates.

5. Should have a good understanding of HCM roles and security.

6. Knowledge of various customization tools would be a plus.

7. Should have excellent analytical and debugging skills.

8. Good at documentation, testing and migrating objects into production

9. Good Communication skills and effective dealing with the business team
