Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support Telecollection

    Job Summary:

    We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for telecollections. You will speak with customers to remind them about pending payments, answer their questions, and help them pay on time.


    ---

    Key Responsibilities:

    Call customers to remind them about overdue bills

    Help customers understand their payment details

    Solve basic billing or payment issues

    Set up payment plans if needed

    Record all call details and updates

    Follow up with customers until payment is made

    Be polite, helpful, and professional on every call

     
    Requirements:

    English & Hindi Good speaking and listening skills

    Friendly and patient with customers

    Past experience in customer service or collections is a plus

    Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate
    Salary: 3.7LPA/ 30k Take home
